Job Description:
Corporate Director Cancer Center Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $185,000 - $240,000
You will be responsible for the overall management, development, and operational performance of multi-disciplinary, hospital outpatient department clinics in the Medical Center.
- § Will lead the development and execution of operational strategy and oversee the daily operations of assigned clinics.
- § Is accountable for the clinics financial performance, revenue capture, patient experience, timeliness of care, recruitment, employee engagement, physician relations, business planning, personnel management, facilities maintenance, and information technology.
- § Will partner closely with nursing, service line, and access leadership to ensure the highest quality of care and safety while reducing barriers to access.
- § Responsible for growing the practice through collaboration with enterprise leaders and external partners, and works in a matrixed model to deliver enterprise solutions in ambulatory care.
- § Responsible for the development of and adherence to annual operating and capital budgets.
- § Partner with enterprise colleagues to create decision support tools, dashboards, and reports to guide operational and quality improvements, including benchmark analyses.
- § Develop and monitor key performance indicators and lead enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Ensure patient experience goals are met, and access to care is timely. They set goals, drive outcomes, and create efficient processes.
- Establish and communicate the vision for care delivery within the clinics. He/she will leverage strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with external partners and organizational colleagues.
Minimum Education Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
Minimum Experience Requirement :
- 10 years in an oncology setting; Experience working in a medical/hospital setting, preferably managing multiple locations. Experience with physicians and high-level executives for strategic planning, operations, and problem-solving.
- Meditech experience preferred.
